We collect only the minimum data required to operate our services:

  • User Profile Data: Name, email address, phone number
  • Business Data: Business name and related details
  • WhatsApp Data: Messages (incoming/outgoing) for automation and chat display
  • Product Data: Catalog or product details added by users
  • Payment Information: Processed securely by Razorpay — we do NOT store card or bank details

03. How We Use Data

Your data is used strictly for:

  • Providing automated responses and messaging workflows
  • Displaying chat history and analytics
  • Improving system performance and reliability
  • Ensuring platform security and fraud prevention

04. Data Retention

We retain user data only as long as necessary. Chat data may be stored for up to 90 days. Account data is stored until account deletion. Users can request deletion anytime.

We do NOT sell your data.

Data is only shared with infrastructure providers (hosting/database), payment gateway (Razorpay), and Official APIs (Meta Platforms, Inc.).

We implement strong security measures including encryption (in transit & at rest), secure database systems (Supabase/PostgreSQL), and strict access control & authentication.

Users must obtain proper user consent before sending messages, avoid spam or unsolicited messaging, and follow WhatsApp and Meta Platforms, Inc. policies.

08. Third-Party Services

We rely on Meta Platforms, Inc. (WhatsApp API) and Razorpay (Payments). Each service has its own privacy policy which users are encouraged to review.

We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of automated responses. Users are responsible for configuring automation properly to ensure correct communication.

11. External Service Dependency

We are not responsible for failures caused by WhatsApp API downtime, hosting/server issues, or internet disruptions.
