01. Acceptance of Terms

By using ConviDesk, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

02. Service Description

ConviDesk provides WhatsApp automation tools including:

  • Chat management
  • Automated replies
  • Product catalog handling

03. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, follow WhatsApp policies, avoid spam/abuse, and use the platform responsibly.

04. WhatsApp Compliance

Users must obtain customer consent before messaging. Avoid bulk spam. Violation may result in account suspension or a WhatsApp number ban by Meta Platforms, Inc.

05. Account Suspension

We can suspend or terminate accounts if terms are violated, platform misuse is detected, or activities harm the service reputation.

06. Payments & Billing

Plans: Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly via Razorpay. Refund Policy: We generally do not offer refunds once activated. Cancellation can be done anytime.

07. Limitation of Liability

We are NOT responsible for WhatsApp bans due to user behavior, business losses from downtime, or third-party failures (APIs, servers).

08. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to external dependencies.

09. Termination

Users can stop using anytime. Access will end after the current billing cycle.

10. Changes to Service

We may modify or update features anytime to improve the platform and maintain compliance.

11. Governing Law

Governed by laws of India. Jurisdiction: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
